The ScanSnap iX2500 Receipt Edition (PA03860-B305) combines Ricoh’s flagship iX2500 scanner with a preconfigured QuickBooks Online profile and intelligent invoice and receipt OCR. Tap the QuickBooks icon on the 5-inch touchscreen, feed a stack of receipts, and the vendor, date and amount are extracted into editable fields and sent to your QuickBooks account. It replaces the iX1600 Receipt Edition with faster scanning and a feeder twice as large.

No. It is preconfigured for QuickBooks Online, but you need your own QuickBooks Online subscription.
What is the difference from the standard iX2500?
The scanner hardware is identical. The Receipt Edition adds the ready-made QuickBooks Online profile and intelligent invoice and receipt data extraction.
Does it support TWAIN or ISIS?
No. It uses the ScanSnap driver and ScanSnap Home software. If your document system needs TWAIN, contact us before ordering.
