The ScanSnap iX2500 Photo Edition (CG01000-399204) turns Ricoh’s flagship document scanner into a high-speed photo digitizer. It scans up to 100 photos per minute, a 4 × 6 print in under a second, with auto face orientation and red-eye reduction, and includes 3 dedicated photo carrier sheets for delicate or curled prints. When the photo project is done, it is still a full 45 ppm duplex document scanner for everyday paperwork.

Will the scanner damage my old photos?
Use the included photo carrier sheets for old, fragile or curled prints. Newer, flat prints can be fed directly.
Can I use it for documents too?
Yes. The Photo Edition is the same iX2500 hardware, so it scans documents, receipts and business cards at 45 ppm.
Does it support TWAIN or ISIS?
No. It uses the ScanSnap driver and ScanSnap Home software. If your document system needs TWAIN, contact us before ordering.
