Ship the Item
Pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to our St. Petersburg address.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

When Will I Get My Refund?

You drop off the return package at the courier. Make sure the RMA number is written on the outside of the box and the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

Your package is en route to our St. Petersburg, FL warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s received and signed for by our team.

Our quality team inspects the returned item within 24 hours of receipt — checking condition, completeness, and serial number match. We’ll notify you immediately if any issues are found.
Processing4–5
Once inspection passes, your full refund is issued immediately to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation with the refund amount and reference number.
Refund Issued5–7
The refund appears in your bank or card account within 5–7 business days of being issued, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
