Same Category Free exchange — swap for any product in the same category within 30 days. No extra charge.
Upgrade Pay the difference — upgrading to a higher-spec model? Return the original and pay only the price difference.
Downgrade Receive store credit — moving to a lower-priced model? The difference is issued as account credit for your next order.
Defective Unit Priority replacement — defective or DOA units are replaced with the same model, shipped within 48 hours of return receipt.

For defective, DOA, or incorrectly shipped items, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. For buyer’s remorse or order changes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items that have been powered on but not fully configured or activated may still qualify, provided they are in otherwise unused condition with all original packaging. Fully activated, licensed, or registered hardware is not eligible for return.
